Digital Products Cannot Be Cancelled Once Delivered
Because The Vows Planner is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and access has been granted. This is consistent with our Refund Policy, which explains why digital downloads are treated as final sales industry-wide.
Before You Complete Your Purchase
Since cancellation isn't possible after checkout, we encourage you to:
- Review the product description and included features carefully
- Check our FAQ for compatibility questions (e.g., Google Sheets only, not compatible with Excel)
- Reach out to us at contact@recleverllc.com before purchasing if you have any questions
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount — please contact us immediately at contact@recleverllc.com with your order number. We will review genuine billing errors and resolve them promptly. This is different from a change-of-mind cancellation, which we are unable to accommodate for digital products.
