Welcome to The Vows Planner. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Who We Are
The Vows Planner sells digital wedding planning templates designed for use in Google Sheets. We are not a law firm, financial advisory service, or professional wedding planning agency, and nothing in our products constitutes professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products and Digital Delivery
- Our products are digital downloads only. No physical item is shipped.
- Products are delivered instantly via a download link or by copying a template to your own Google account, as described at checkout.
- Our templates are designed exclusively for Google Sheets and are not guaranteed to be compatible with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
- You are responsible for having a compatible device and a free Google account to access your purchase.
4. License Grant and Restrictions
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., planning your own wedding).
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the product or any portion of it.
- Distribute, share, or publish the product files publicly or to third parties.
- Reproduce or duplicate the product for commercial purposes, including use by professional wedding planners on behalf of multiple clients, without our prior written consent.
- Claim authorship of the product design or templates as your own.
We reserve the right to revoke access for any clear violation of this license.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, templates, graphics, and materials associated with The Vows Planner are the intellectual property of The Vows Planner and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it as described in Section 4 — it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
6. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s). We do not store your full payment card details.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your purchase based on your location.
7. Refunds
All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted, except where required by law. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
8. Accuracy of Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, screenshots, and features are accurate at the time of listing. Minor variations may occur between product images and the final delivered file (for example, due to updates or color rendering differences across devices). These differences do not entitle you to a refund.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our templates will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to your specific planning needs.
Our products are for informational and organizational purposes only and are not intended to provide financial, legal, tax, or professional wedding planning advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made using our templates.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vows Planner and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our Services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Our products are designed to work with Google Sheets. The Vows Planner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or any of its products, including Google Sheets. All trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.
We may also use third-party services (such as Shopify for store operations, and payment processors for checkout) that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. User Conduct
When interacting with our Services, you agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website.
- Misrepresent your identity or the purpose of your purchase.
